- Extra items that are included with the F40 are: 2x Cable Handles Foam Pads & Rod (for Lat Pulldown & Rows), Dip Handles Connection Bar (foam padded, straight), Rig Landmine Attachment (for use as T-Bar rows, or for abs & core), We recommend getting the Deccan Attachment Kit with the FAS-008, to have the full range of cable attachments (optional purchase)
- FUNCTIONAL TRAINER COMPONENT - The FAS-008 Functional Trainer component has a 80KG weight stack on each side, and allows you to perform any cable exercise you can think off. Smooth and durable motion, built with plastic pulleys and heavy duty cables that are rated to over 350kg. (Covers are not included)
- SMITH MACHINE COMPONENT - Smith bar weight & diameter: 20 KG and 50mm diameter The FAS-008 Multi Smith Machine provides a STRONG and SAFE workout, with top of the range: 25mm self-alligning linear bearings. The available smith bar sleeve space is 21cm on each side (accepts Olympic or Standard plates). Workout with piece of mind with easily adjustable Safety Catches included.
- HALF RACK COMPONENT - The FAS-008 Half Rack; front uprights are heavy duty: 50x50 (3mm thick). The Half Rack is for optional use, as the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms are included So if you have a barbell and plates already - you can now use it with the FAS-008 for all your compound exercises.
- USP - The uprights feature laser cut holes & numbering for easier adjustments and at the top you have the multi-grip pull-up bar: with foam padding. NEW feature is the magnet in the j-hooks and spotter arms so it stays fixed in place without a rattle.
